HAPPY LANDINGS GAME

June Poucher (See her story in FABRICS) says, “I chose number one: the field of grass and flowers because it looks so peaceful.

As I float down, I check things out and notice the thick grass is a safe place to land. I don’t see any people but I’m not afraid to be alone and be serene.”

In their book, Kokology 2, More of the Game of Self-Discovery, authors, Nagao and Saito make the following comment on choice one:

“You are the eternal optimist. You can probably smell the flowers from eight thousand feet and were pleased to note that the grass was growing especially thick to cushion your fall. At this altitude, life is beautiful; just don’t get so engrossed in the view that you forget to tuck and roll.”

June has this to say about what authors’ categories. “The authors are pretty much right on in their assessment. I do tend to get ‘caught up’ in an activity I enjoy.”
